Clinical Psychologist Ekin NADAS
Therapy is the space where one’s story can finally be heard without judgment, without hurry, in the presence of another.
About Me
Hello, I’m Ekin Nadas, a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Psychopathology (psychoanalytic track) at Université Lumière Lyon 2, where my research explored how drawing as a therapeutic mediation supports adolescents in expressing their difficulties following early emotional deprivation.
My clinical path spans hospital-based care, school inclusion/exclusion settings, a psychiatry practice, early childhood care, and elder care, which taught me to meet people across the lifespan with sensitivity and practicality. I have facilitated Photolangage groups, led workshops for adolescents, and conducted psychological assessments including Rorschach, TAT, WAIS, and WISC.
While my foundation is psychoanalytic, I integrate CBT, mindfulness-based practices, compassion-focused therapy, and hypnotherapy when helpful—always tailored to the person in front of me. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence and ethics: creating a steady space to understand patterns, strengthen inner resources, and support change at a sustainable pace.
